A Circle for Recovery & Healing

These gatherings are in invitation to those who have experienced sexual assault, narcissistic abuse, verbal harassment, manipulation, etc in places that have claimed to be “safe for all”. These places can include churches, yoga studios, spiritual communities, etc. We will introduce ourselves and get to know one another a little before diving into some deeper topics. We will each take turns sharing our experiences (if we feel comfortable to) or listening to others share their experiences. These gatherings are intended to give victims of assault a place to speak their truth and get their voice back. After everyone who wanted to share has shared, we will practice breathwork, tapping methods, and journaling to energetically release everything that’s come up.

Caitlin Bullock is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher and Sound Healer, specializing in Shamanic Healing Arts and focusing on utilizing the natural elements of the earth. Caitlin has been practicing Reiki and Sound Healing since 2021 shortly after creating her Holistic Wellness business called Sacred Cleansing.Caitlin began her deep dive of practicing Shamanic healing in March of 2023 and now facilitates 7-day Soul Retrieval Cleanses, Shamanic Home Cleanses & Spirit Removals, along with her Reiki & Sound Therapy offerings. Caitlin currently offers public and private Soundbath’s through out Oklahoma City in various community’s and has facilitated educational workshops and meditation classes. Caitlin is currently enrolling students in a metaphysical school she created called Sacred School of Healing Arts for her Reiki Program that was launched in summer 2023!In her free time, Caitlin enjoys practicing Martial Arts, yoga, meditation, hiking, spending time in nature, dancing or reading a book.Caitlin is very thrilled to bring a monthly gathering to Radiant Living and is honored to be a part of the team!
