Spend the evening with your Inner Child.

Based on the book by Dr. Lucia Capacchione, Recovery of Your inner Child, “The Inner Child lives within all of us. It is the part of us that feels the emotions and is playful, intuitive, and creative.”

Use your non-dominant hand to journal and scribble to dialogue with and embrace your Vulnerable Child, your Angry Child, and your Magical Child to tap into the wisdom of your Inner Self.

***Each of the four workshops in the Tuesday Series in February stand alone and can be attended independently, however, they build based on this first Tuesday introductory workshop.
