Kundalini Yoga

Master yourself and awaken your full potential using the science of Kundalini yoga. Kundalini is a serpent-like energy that generates from the coccyx (tailbone) and intertwines up through the energetic systems of the body. This energy aids in flow and balance by clearing out any impurities as well as restructures systems in the body to regain alignment. When this energy is flowing smoothly and freely, it provides a direct connection to all that is and a vitality for life.We use Kundalini as a tool to achieve a life full of lightness, joy, and boundless love. Through Kundalini Yoga, you will begin to not only become aware of the geometry of your body, but also see how this practice affects the energy, emotion, and motion in your body, quickly and efficiently.This ancient practice utilizes movement, sound, breath, and meditation to relax and restore your mind and body while improving strength, flexibility, and endurance. Together, we’ll go through some of the technical parts of this yoga practice, including the breathwork, mantras, kriyas, meditations, and mudras, so you can understand what each of them are and their individual benefits.

 This is a trauma informed yoga class open to all levels. $10 drop-in. No experience necessary. 
 Kelsey Elledge is a Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Karuna master, sound healing facilitator and certified kundalini yoga instructor. On her own ever-lasting journey of self-love and self-empowerment, she helps remind others of their own light by sharing practical tools, techniques and resources for self-actualization. Her services include a mix of energy healing techniques, sound therapy, cacao circles and kundalini yoga with the goal to help folx find equilibrium in the energy body, restore balance and move toward a life of ease.
