Well…I havereally let myself go! LOL
I am holding aweekly Low Impact Dance/Movement Class! My intention is to assist yourconnection to music and your own body’s natural ‘locomotion’. I encourageslow isometric movements to enhance strength and promote mobility. This is aperfect fit for those of you that want to start an easy routine that works wellwith your comfort zone. Movement is also used by many as a form of meditation.
Wearcomfortable clothing and get ready to not sweat! I really need this, and I amso excited and grateful to get this going!
