I knew nothing about meditation until I attended a retreat in 2015called Follow Your Bliss. I started to dive into everything spiritual to seewhat resonated and what didn’t. Over the years I have dabbled in many thingsfrom ice cold baths to plant medicine celebrations; self-help retreats to soundbowl ceremonies. But the one thing that has been a constant in my life ismeditation. At first, meditation was a way for me to dream and escape reality.I loved that at any moment in time I was able to break free while still feelinga deep sense of self awareness. But I was still looking for a base. To callsome sort of meditation practice…HOME.
And then I found Mindfulness Meditation. It honestly took a while for me toembrace this mode of meditation. But once this practice clicked in my mind’seye, I knew I had found what I was looking for. And now I feel a calling toshare Mindfulness Meditation and all its glorious benefits with anyone who islooking for a practice to help them become more grounded. And begin to relateto their world in a less distracted and more wakeful way.
