Sound Immersion – Heart Opening with Singing Bowls and Chanting .

Sacred Mantra Chanting with Singin Bowls
This event will focus on opening the heart through sound and chanting. It will be coupled with somatic movement heart openers as well. These are gentle and easy movements that anyone can do. There will be a variety of sound instruments including crystal and himalayan singing bowls. rainsticks, a didgeridoo, and more.
Please bring your own mat and cushion, or whatever you need to be comfortable while laying down or sitting. The event is $20 per person, please contact Kelby at (804) 210-0358 to reserve your spot.
