Sound Circling – Sound Journey with Stephen Joseph

We will explore the nooks and crannies of the sounds thatsurround us. Join our sound facilitated journey on the backs of drones, vocaltoning, singing bowls, electronics, singing, bells, bird calls and folkinstruments as we collectively travel through explorations, remembrances andevocations.
“Sound Circling” is an ambient sound journey / sound bath that delvesinto the sounds that live on the periphery of our awareness; those thatsometimes hide in plain sight. We call our attention to these fragile beings toaccompany us on a journey of deep listening and deep relaxation.
The sound journey will be led by producer composer Stephen Joseph (For / InLight).
In addition to the sound bath, the evening’s program will also featurebreathing drills, listening exercises and a sharing circle
