Summer Sounds – An Ambient Sound Journey with Stephen Joseph

Join us for a summer evening of sound explorations,remembrances and evocations accompanied by drones, vocal toning, singing bowls,electronics, singing, bells, bird calls and folk instruments.
Summer is the seasonof vibrance and so we call in the bright hot energies of the sun in a journeyof deep listening and deep relaxation. The sound journey will be led byproducer composer Stephen Joseph (For / In Light).
In addition to the sound bath, the evening’s programwill also feature breathing drills, listening exercises and a sharing circle
