Tai Chi & QiGong Practice for All

Join Professors Ed Cunliff and Chez Redmond of UCO as they lead us through some Tai Chi & Qigong steps that we can practice at home!
We will flow thru a simple, 10 step tai chi form that you can practice and enjoy on your own. In addition, we will begin with Qigong exercises that explore two approaches to the metal element – symbolic of strength and courage.
