I am a retired school teacher with a second career as a Massage Therapist, CranioSacral Practioner, Barbara Brennan Healing Science Practioner, and Certified Watsu Therapist.

I taught sixth, seventh, and eighth graders and I was the school counselor for 15 years totalling 29 years in education. I’ve been doing energy bodywork since 2001 using individual session, small groups and education classes about energy, how to clear your own energy blocks, and become more of who you long to be; tapping into you own inner wisdom and guidance.

I feel l like I have already lived a full life, having raised 4 children and enjoying 10 grandchildren, but I thoroughly enjoy what I do now teaching and helping others grow mentally, physically and spiritually; sharing what I’ve learned over the years is just icing on the cake!

Joan Cowden is has been in love with the natural world since childhood, and found herself following paths of healing at a young age. She is a clinical herbalist and teacher in Oklahoma City, Ok. In a journey that also included paramedic work, wilderness skills, sacred dance and mythic studies, Joan spent over two decades honing her herbcraft in the Wise Woman Tradition before taking her clinical training at the North American Institute of Medical Herbalism. Sherryl M. McGuire, PhD works in healing and spiritual development. She uses biofeedback, homeopathics, Avalon lights, vitamin and herbal supplements, nutrition and exercise to improve physical, mental, and spiritual aspects where there is a health challenge. Her guidance is through the spiritual realm, primarily working with Mary Magdalene but also with other ascended masters and archangels. She assists others in identifying and working with their angels and guides through meditation, intuition and communication.

Previously Sherryl has worked as a career and health coach, consultant, program developer and presenter for health and human services, vocational rehabilitation, industry, banking, the military and other government agencies. The most frequent areas in which she works has served are: health, wellness, training and development, systems thinking/change, leadership development, facilitation for planning and change, teamwork, strategy, change process improvement, customer service systems, conflict resolution and communications.

She holds a Ph.D. from The University of Oklahoma in Adult and Higher Education (emphases human development, career development and organization development), as well as a M.S. degree in Applied Behavioral Studies (emphases disability and learning) and a B.S. degree in Education (emphases special education / disability) from Oklahoma State University. She also teaches in OU’s world-wide Masters in Human Relations degree.

I help people tap into their deepest wisdom and highest selves through the process of mutual dialogue. Together we sift and sort through “whatever comes up” and notice the patterns that emerge. The goal is to blow off the accumulated dust and to let the soul shine as it was originally intended. To this end, I offer Empath Empowerment Coaching (not just for empaths), Ho’Oponopono guidance (Certified Ho’Oponopono Practitioner), and Holistic Anger Management (Certified Anger Management Provider).

I have studied Reiki and Healing Touch and other energetic modalities for more than 10 years.

In addition, I provide more traditional talk therapy and couples/marriage counseling (Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator). As a non-denominational (and non-toxic) ordained minister I will respect your spiritual path.

I began studying energy in 2014, and in 2016 became certified in Healing Touch through Healing Touch International DBA Healing Beyond Borders. Cecilia Tolley has channeled the healing power of Light & Love for half a century.
She is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner; attuned Reiki Master / Instructor;
Ordained for Ministry and Endorsed as Chaplain by the Christian Church, Disciples
of Christ; and practices EFT, TRE, and Yoga. She has provided Spiritual Direction
and Energy Therapies in addressing transition, grief, PTS, TBI, addiction, insomnia,
anxiety, and pain management to numerous individuals and groups in funeral
homes; churches; and in ICU, Palliative Care, and Substance Abuse & Recovery
units of the OKC VAMC. Cecilia holds an MDiv from Vanderbilt, which supported
Buddhist monastic research in Thailand; and an MA in Native American Studies
from UC Davis, where she taught NA Literature (culture, history & spirituality).

Alison started her massage career training in traditional Thai Massage with instructor Chock Petchprom and is certified through the Govt. of Thailand. She then completed the massage program at Likeminded Therapies School of Massage to add a deeper and broader knowledge base to her practice. She specializes in orthopedic, Thai massage, and giving clients ideas for movement lifestyle strategies that they can take home.
